Ashoka Cookschool

Welcome to our new Cookschool Restaurant. This will be the first Indian Restaurant with live cook stations, linked to live cook screens where all our food is cooked in an open plan environment. Designed by Jaginder Majhu (AKA Jiggy), this cook school began its humble beginnings in 2011 with classes in Motherwell College led by Jiggy and Executive Chef Dali. Our vision is simple: “To teach, cook, and serve the finest Indian Cuisine as if you were guests in our own home.
